 4metal: You are quite large company? What is the structure of Hannsa looks like?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: Hannsa Precision belongs to YLM Group, family-managed company, employing over 170 people, including 30 people who support worldwide sales and 28 people working on the machines development in the R&D Department. The company occupies an area of 6000 sq. m. Head office, factory for tube processing Ying Lin Machine and factory for Vertical Machining Centers Hannsa Precision is located in central part of Taiwan, where we can source the best component suppliers to lift our work.
4metal: We have a lot companies producing and selling CNC machines on the market. How do you strive to stand out?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: Our machines have the competitive price and very good parameters in their class. We are confident that we will see more and more satisfied customers of Hannsa Precision in the near future. Our engineers with extensive experience in the producing of machinery in factories enable us to tender fast and effective warranty and post-warranty service. We also offer customers direct access to the spare parts from our warehouse.

4metal: Are you only one distributor of Hannsa machines in Poland?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: The YLM Warsaw office is the Branch Sales Center in the area of Poland and Central Europe. Since we deal in sales and service, we can provide machines at the best price with reliable service.
4metal: Competition motivates the rapid development. Do you plan any technological changes in your machines?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: Machines manufactured by us are subject to constant technological changes by our R & D team, we pay special attention to both: the selection of top quality components and the accuracy of the assembly. At the beginning of 2010 we introduce on the market several models of CNC lathes. In the second half of 2010 we have plans to start production Double Column Machining Centers.
4metal: Could you tell us a bit more about launching plans for 2010?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: On the beginning of the year we will offer wide range of Lathe Machines. At this moment we are preparing specifications and other data which will be available on our websites soon. I would like to invite for Mach-Tool in Poznań, where we will exhibit Lathe Machine and Vertical Machining Centre. On the second part of 2010 we plan to launch Double Column Machining Centers to the market to enable our customers milling in wide range of dimensions, with keeping high accuracy and making shorter time of machining process.

4metal: What is your position on the market?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: YLM Group accumulated over 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high precision components. Our sales network is global. We sell machines for processing tubes on the polish market over 7 years. Hannsa Precision brand is presented on world markets for many years, and we are glad to announce that we are now lunching to the Poland and Central Europe countries.
4metal: Many people say that the crisis is a bit artificially inflated by the media. Do you agree with this statement?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: In my opinion there is a lot of truth. In comparison with the economies of the rest of Europe, Poland looks very good. However, the crisis has affected to some extent, export-related companies. I have visited sites that had problems during the year. Orders fell instantly to virtually zero during certain periods this year. But the end of the year is already getting much better. On the other hand, there is a large group of companies which operate very well, keep investing and growing.
4metal: What can I wish you for this New Year?
Tomasz Dublasiewicz: I think the key wishes for us are to get many satisfied customers in the coming year. Because I am convinced of the quality of our products so that will happen!
